Personality Inventory

A five factor personality inventory measuring conscientiousness, agreeableness, extraversion, stability, openness, 12 subscales, and 43 positive and dark-side traits.


Job Evaluation (Job Analysis)

Our Job Analysis assessment is a detailed look at jobs or job classification. It is a process that identifies the tasks performed on the job and knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal characteristics needed to perform those tasks. It includes five (5) phases:

  1. Job Evaluation Survey Part I – Executives/Managers – Competency Identification - Senior leader identification of a number of critical global competencies for a job/position/job family out of 12 global competencies.
  2. Job Evaluation Survey Part II – Managers, Supervisors & SMEs – Competencies are defined through a number of facets that this group identifies.
  3. Job Evaluation Survey Part III – Managers, Supervisors & SMEs – identification of the most important behavioral examples of each critical facet.
  4. Job Evaluation Survey Part IV – Supervisors & SMEs – Content validity ratios and indices are computed to validate critical KSAOs for the job/position/family being evaluated.
  5. Job Evaluation Survey Part V – Back brief of results to executives, managers, and SMEs to reconcile differences and tweak the competency model before putting it into classification of position and levels. Arrange those participants in the Phase IV groups and as many high and low performers as possible to take the battery of tests. Then, analyze results, finalize competency model, and write a job analysis report.

Performance Appraisals

Performance Management Review - A process that takes the results of the job evaluation survey and draft job descriptions, performance levels, and classification criteria for a performance appraisal that can be expanded to a full 360 degree (multi-rater) program including performance feedback delivery, and implementing an individual development and action plan.


Leadership Inventory

Leadership Style Inventory, Self-Assessment-a situational measure of authoritarian, social, transformational, laissez faire, compromising leadership styles. Usually administered for a leader’s performance feedback and creating a developmental action plan.


Bio-data Inventory

Bio-data inventory of Knowledge Skills Attitudes is a library of competencies as measured with items about the applicant’s historical behaviors. A job evaluation survey is required prior to identifying which bio-data competencies are to be administered to an applicant through an assessment center in a pre-employment condition.
