RiVidium CEO

Manny Rivera is the founder and owner of RiVidium Inc. (dba – TripleCyber). Manny founded RiVidium in 2008 shortly after leaving the Army. Manny is a Cyber Security and Software Engineering expert with an advanced security degree from George Washington University. Manny’s advanced research at George Washington University allowed him to develop a Cyber Security patent (TripleCyber) that fundamentally changes the way people communicate on the Internet. As an Army Officer, Manny held various positions as a Military Police Officer, Contracting Officer, Program Manager, Test and Evaluations Officer, and Enterprise Architect. Manny is a certified acquisition professional and is also a Fort Bragg - certified Jump Master with over 75 jumps.

Manny holds degrees from Virginia State University and advanced degrees from George Washington University (MS Computer Science & MS in Security and Information Assurance). Manny was also accepted to the PhD Computer Science program at George Washington University.

Manny’s current vision for RiVidium is based on the company’s tag line: ”The Missing Element in Technology” and is called Elementals Vision. The Elementals Vision will see RiVidium moving most of its information technology capabilities to the Cloud while targeting the cyber war that is sure to come in the next years.

CDO Picture

Richard Trimber is the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) for RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber). Mr. Trimber oversees the implementation and business performance of all Federal and Civilian contracts. He develops effective strategic plans and structures that ensures our successful delivery to existing and prospective clients. Richard has broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the business of the organization, and facilitates RiVidium’s growth by maintaining high-level contacts with clients and business partners. He creates value for our stakeholders by guaranteeing our operational success.

Richard is a former Senior Counsel and Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 20 years of experience as a Legal Advisor and business executive, and has developed a keen understanding of the challenges that business owners and executives face on a daily basis. Richard earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Corporate and Securities Law from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University.

CHCO Picture

Xio Smith is the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) for RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber). As CHCO, Ms. Smith operates at the executive staff level, providing Human Capital and Strategic support to management of multiple business groups. Ms. Smith works with these managers in delivering Human Capital Solutions for clients and internal Divisions, while also guiding the development of foundational processes required to meet RiVidium’s corporate needs. As well, she drives the development and implementation of various key configuration management processes and systems which all play a critical role in RiVidium’s ability to attract and retain a world class organization. Ms. Smith implements strategies for change that enable managers to plan, evaluate, develop and improve their line of business so as to optimize their contribution to RiVidium's strategic and operational performance.

Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Excelsior University and Master’s Degrees in Human Resource Management and Management of Leadership from Webster University.

CTO Picture

Dr. Michael Lasky is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber). Dr. Lasky brings 30 years of experience in commercial software design and development to RiVidium. Dedicated to building software that works he combines business and financial acumen with expertise in operations research, data modeling, and policy analysis. The result is software that provides elegant solutions to important enterprise problems.

During his tenure at RiVidium Dr. Lasky has led the creation and deployment of the iTagIt Asset Management System and the EA2F Enterprise Architecture Framework. He has also overseen the development of data center modeling tools and directed their use in army data center consolidation. Currently, Dr. Lasky is directing the research and development of RiVidium's TripleCyber initiatives.

Prior to RiVidium, Dr. Lasky created and led his teams to success with a variety of products. Most recently was an original ERP package for public housing authorities, which is in use in a number of cities. Prior to that, he led the development of database diagnostic tool that featured advanced data visualization techniques. He also led the development of a suite of factory floor simulation tools that helped the U.S. Postal Service maximize staffing dollars and increase automation.

Dr. Lasky holds a B.A. from Oberlin College and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland.

CFO

Archana Dhore is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber) and has more than 14 years of experience in financial services. In this capacity she manages all aspects of financial management including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting/ forecasting, and corporate finances. Ms. Dhore also oversees taxes, payroll, and internal and external audit functions for RiVidium. She is also charged with the responsibility of maintaining DCAA compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.

Ms. Dhore’s knowledge and experience is a valuable asset in supporting RiVidium’s Program Management Office (PMO) for the organization’s federal, state, and local programs and projects. She has supported multi-million dollar programs for customers including Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), US Department of Agriculture (USDA), and various state and local governments. Ms. Dhore is responsible for all billing, invoicing, subcontractor management efforts, and contract administration for multiple Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).

Ms. Dhore is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting. She is also a certified Human Resource professional (PHR)and SHRM certified professional (SHRM-CP). She is an active member of VA society of CPAs and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Logistics Division

Monica Turner Lee is the Senior Vice President for the Human Capital & Training Division for RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber). Monica’s responsibilities as the leader of this Division include client relations, operations, business development, and strategic partner relationships. She has extensive experience leading customer engagements and facilitating the achievement of client and corporate objectives.

Monica has over 25 years of professional and management consulting experience for DoD, DHS, and other Federal Agencies. Throughout her career, Monica has been recognized for taking leadership positions, her willingness to serve, extraordinary ability to bring people together, and dedication to work/life balance. She has significant federal program management and business management experience in growing and developing teams to tackle complex customer challenges and implement enduring solutions.

Monica holds a BS degree in Finance from Hampton University and an MBA from University of Maryland, College Park, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Logistics Division

Colonel David Whitaker , U.S. Army (Ret.) is the Senior Vice President for the Logistics & Finance Division for RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber). He manages the development and execution of RiVidium's logistics operations and supply chain management for DoD and other Federal clients. He is dedicated to meeting the logistics needs of our clients and assists organizations in the transformation to the Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) suite of systems, to include GCSS-Army, LMP, and AESIP.

David is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of logistics, operations, and supply chain experience, including 25 years as an Army Logistics Officer. Since his retirement in 2012, David has developed and executed successful business plans for Enterprise Logistics and Space & Missile Defense in Huntsville, Alabama. He is well established in Huntsville and the Logistics community and active in the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce. He assists our clients in resolving their logistics and financial management challenges, while exceeding their expectations.

David holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Planning from the US Army Senior Service College and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Saint Mary College in Leavenworth, Kansas. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).

IT Division

Colonel Antonio D. Ralph, U.S. Army (Ret.) is the Senior Vice President for the Information Technology (IT) & Engineering Division, for RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber). In this role, Tony will build and maintain long standing relationships and contacts within the IT & Engineering community and drive the successful development of RiVidium’s and customers’ service strategy, business planning, business growth, and development of community partnerships/provider network, increasing service utilization revenue, and budget control.

Tony is a retired Army Officer with 25 years of experience in Military Intelligence and Defense Acquisition. He is uniquely qualified in all facets of the Defense Acquisition System, and has been recognized as a trusted advisor to senior DoD leadership regarding procurement, contract management, test and evaluation, production, program management, and life-cycle logistics. Throughout his career he has led complex teams and managed large-scale projects, beginning from the discovery phase through execution, driving success across logistics, operations, and communications workstreams. Tony’s military leadership experience coupled with his expertise in operations and program management positions him to assist RiVidium to meet our customers changing needs.

Tony holds Master’s degrees from The George Washington University School of Business and the National Defense University, Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. Tony holds Advanced (Level III) Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Certifications in Program Management and Test & Evaluation. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
