JOB DESCRIPTION: RiVidium is seeking multiple Senior Human Resource (HR) Project/Program Managers (PMs) to work directly for the Sr. Vice President, Human Capital Division. This position requires incumbents to be experts with end-to-end U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) competencies to include Enterprise Human Resource Integration, USA Learning, USA Staffing, USA Hire, and USA Performance. They must be able to manage multiple contracts/projects and assign tasks to multiple teams in the areas of classification, recruiting/staffing, retirement & benefits, employee relations, personnel actions, payroll and security adjudication procedures. Must be well versed and understand OPM’s USAJOBS portal and direct subordinates in the execution of critical tasks required by our federal partners. Must have experience in the Federal Sector, specifically with OPM’s Human Capital Framework (HCF) and Human Resource Line of Business (HRLOB). Must be able to assist with Business Development requirements. Specifically, assisting with proposal color team reviews when needed.
Education Requirement: Minimum Bachelor's degree, but master’s degree preferred
Essential Experience and Responsibilities:
• PMP desired but not mandatory
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience as a Federal HR Professional
• Prior managerial experience in Federal HR competencies - Mandatory
• Must have experience with Federal HR competencies and HCF: some areas of expertise with OPM includes: classification, staffing/recruiting, compensation, retirement & benefits, payroll and personnel actions.
• Must be able to handle a portfolio of HR contracts/projects
• Possess excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to manage a budget and report on Profit & Lost to senior managers
