Our fringe benefits apply to all our employees but the benefits depends on the employee status: Full time employees and Regular Part-Time Employees working more than 1040 hrs./year.

 


Medical/Dental

Medical Carrier: Anthem, PPO.

We offer two plans to choose from. Dental Carrier: MetLife Dental, PPO. Figures below are sample monthly costs. Actuals are based on age and family members.

The company pays 60% of the full time employee’s portion. Regular Part-time employees must be scheduled and work 25 hours or more a week. Basic Vision is provided as part of the medical plan.


Personal Time Off

Part-Timers accrue (depending on number of hours worked)

Full Time Employees PTO is calculated according to your anniversary date as follow - Carry over limit: 80 hours on employee anniversary date of hire:

0-3 years
80 hours per year – 6.66 hours per month
After 3 Years
120 hours per year- 10.00 hours per month
After 5 Years
160 hours per year- 13.33 hour per month

Holiday: 10 days per year corresponding to federal holiday schedule


Life Insurance

$100,000 benefit provided to full time and regular part-time employees. Includes accidental Death and Dismemberment.

 


Retirement Plan

401K traditional plan.

 


Other Benefits

Long Term Disability provided for full-time and regular part-time employees.

Short Term disability: Provided for full-time and regular part-time employees

Tuition Assistance Program: Up to $2500 per year for continuing education after 12 months of employment
