BiometricsENGINE™		RiVidium’s Approach
RiVidium’s BiometricsEngine™ uses and develops state-of-the-art technologies to manage biometrics classifiers; specifically Support Vector Machines (SVM) specifiers in linear and non-linear SVMs. The engine can also handle authentication by facial, finger and voice recognition. Our solutions allows organizations to capture Iris, Fingerprint, Voice and Facial information into smartcard technology. This information is used in conjunction with authoritative databases to ensure proper identity. DoD Biometrics programs, policies, and standards are being configured to support an effective and lasting biometrics capability. The capability provided by the BiometricEngine™ supports the execution of several key efforts within the DoD to include, but not limited to: i) support U.S. efforts in the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT); ii) promote biometric capabilities and interoperability in DoD and across the Federal government; iii) encourage biometric information sharing in DoD and across USG; iv) use biometrics to enhance Identity Management within a joint, net-centric information enterprise of biometrics.		Our BiometricsEngine™ represents a DoD compliant scalable solution that leverages interoperability and information sharing to ensure that individuals are properly identified. Our approach is open and easily integrated into other systems to include: Law Enforcement, Airport, Border Control and State Licensing systems.
