Plan
• Establish a workforce plan with headcount, position, and cost budgets to guide hiring momentum
• Set up and maintain jobs and positions according to flexible rules
• Assign compensation to open positions to support position budgeting
• Allow organizations to choose from three staffing models to set the right balance between control and flexibility in their hiring process
• Configure staffing business processes by region, division, or organization
Hire
• Hire employees into single or multiple positions, including global assignments
• Manage the transition of any worker from applicant to employee or contingent worker
• Default appropriate compensation to new hires based on flexible rules
• Attach documents for each worker (e.g., employment contracts, ID verification, etc.)
• Assign workers to multiple business entities, including companies, cost centers, departments, teams, projects, and matrix organizations
Train
• Design lesson plans tailored for you organization
• Implement Computer Based Training (CBT)
• On the Job Training designed for junior personnel and or Intern’s

• Establish compensation processes, maintain consistency of compensation around the globe, and manage the performance and compensation review process
• Manage the movement of individuals or groups within an organization, including transfers, promotions, and demotions
• Seamlessly administer the transition of workers from employee or contingent worker to terminated worker or retiree
• Enable self-service access to retirees who need to maintain personal information
Analyze
• Easily report on and drill into global positions, headcount, turnover, and other workforce demographics
• Access complete views of workers history and capabilities through comprehensive worker and talent profiles
• Navigate teams and organizations graphically to spot vacancies, span of control, and plan for succession
• Maintain detailed corporate safety data in order to spot trends and problem areas, as well as enable required government reporting
