Rividium is a team member of the R2-3G multiple award IDIQ contract with a combined ceiling of $16.4 billion over a five year period. The U.S. Army's Communications and Electronic Command's (CECOM) R2-3G vehicle is a follow on to CECOM's Rapid Response Program (CR2).R2-3G provides a streamlined task order process that allows agencies to rapidly obtain contractor services in support of urgent requirements and will support to the Department of Defense (DOD), other Federal agencies, and if authorized by specific legislation, State and Local Governments. Functional areas covered under the contract include but not limited to technology insertion, system integration and installation, fabrication and prototyping, testing and certification, studies and analyses, logistic support, and training and engineering support that includes re-engineering and reverse engineering. Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) is a multiple award contract vehicle to accommodate a broad range of services that are designed to meet the integrated engineering, business function and logistic service needs of all Team C4ISR customers. The purpose of the S3 contract is to provide access to multiple prime contractors and subcontractors that perform a broad range of life cycle services required to fulfill varied user needs, within the framework of a competitive post award environment. As an Integrated Command, the CECOM LCMC develops, acquires, fields and sustains superior Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems for the Joint Warfighter - Sustaining Base, Operational, and Tactical Battlespace.

RiVidium Inc is a member of the Biometric Operations and Support Services - Unrestricted (BOSS-U) multiple award IDIQ contract that is a part of the DoD’s overall plan to comply with Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD) 24 and National Security Presidential Directive (NSPD) 59. These mandates require that U.S. intelligence agencies, the Department of State, the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security leverage common information technology and data standards, protocols and interfaces to ensure compatibility in the methods used to collect, store and share biometric information.
This $497 million multiple award contract is managed by the US Army Information Technology, E-commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) on behalf of the Biometrics Task Force. Under this contract, we are able to develop and deploy interoperable biometric hardware and software and provide a suite of services in six areas: management support services; infrastructure procurement design, development and integration; operations and maintenance; advanced technology demonstration; studies and analysis; and test and evaluation.
RiVidium Inc presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small business goals through purchase of information technology solutions from a small business owned by a service-disabled veteran. The Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO firms.

RiVidium Inc. is a member of the C4ISR, Operational Management, Engineering and Technical Services II (COMETS II) contract, which provides non-personal, Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and operational support services for U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) / U.S. Army Strategic Command (ARSTRAT) and agencies which collaborate with them on definition, planning, development, and execution of C4ISR, space, missile defense, and Transformational Communications (TC) missions.
RiVidium Inc. is a member of the NAVSEA Seaport-E Contract. Seaport-e is a multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $38 Billion. The vehicle supports a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for the Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), NAVFAC) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy’s Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for tailoring services according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions.

RiVidium Inc. is a member of the Battle Command Development contract, managed by the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command. It is a five-year, multi-award vehicle worth up to $777.4 million. The award enables the RiVidium to compete for task orders that will enhance and maintain the capabilities of the Army Battle Command System (ABCS). The ABCS consists of products that have been developed by battle command organizations. These products are used throughout theater and lack commonality. The task orders focus on unifying the existing ABCS products into a net-centric, service-oriented architecture. This allows the ABCS a common look and feel within its family of products and improved interoperability with other Army systems.
The Federal Aviation Administration entered into multiple Master Ordering Agreements (MOAs) with Small Businesses, 8(a), Women-Owned, Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) to provide comprehensive management, engineering and technical support services. eFAST is a multi-year MOA program offering a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals.

RiVidium has an Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70, a Multiple Award IDIQ Schedule that grants agencies direct access to experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the Government IT community through Special Item Numbers (SINS). Our SIN, 132-51 covers the most general purpose to support IT services. The IT Schedule 70 allows for choice, flexibility, ease of use and access to the highest quality of IT services and solutions from a small business with proven experience.
