RiVidium understands, and has lived, the “Military Transition” life. Because of this, we have made it a commitment to hire transitioning military soldiers though our Veterans First initiative. RiVidium’s Veteran’s First initiative fully supports the VOW to Hire Heroes Act of 2011: The “VOW to Hire Heroes Act” is bipartisan, bicameral, comprehensive legislation that would lower the rate of unemployment among our nation’s veterans. This bill combines provisions of Chairman Miller’s Veterans Opportunity to Work (VOW) Act - which passed the House on October 12, 2011 - (H.R. 2433; Report #112-242), and Chairman Murray’s Hiring Heroes Act (S. 951; Report #112-36), and veterans’ tax credits into a comprehensive jobs package that will aggressively attack the unacceptably high rate of veterans' unemployment. RiVidium’s commitment to our veterans is to offer special transitional benefits as part of our interview process for transitioning military. In order to qualify, you must be in the one year window of your Military transition. Our benefits include:

  2. First placement on qualified opening positions in our Veteran Administration Contracts
  3. First priority on our scholarship programs with local colleges and university we are partnered with
  4. Retraining support through career advancement
